What are the games my kid can play?
A recent study says that a child requires
60 minutes of structured and unstructured activities
in a day from the age of 6 months onwards. A child who
gains weight by the age of 3 years is more prone to
obesity by the age of 7 years.
Study also says that 95% of the human
brain structure is formed before the age of 6 years.
When a child is participating in a structured activity
for an hour, they are learning in multiple domains:
Language, social, cognitive and movement which simulates
their sensory system. |
